Is This Tournament a Good Fit?

This free championship event welcomes players of all levels across its three divisions, with the "A" Division offering round-robin play for top competitors and the "B" and "C" Divisions providing 7-round Swiss tournaments for intermediate and developing players. The classical time control of 90 minutes per side allows for thoughtful, serious chess, and as the first of seven rounds in the championship cycle, it's an excellent opportunity to start your competitive season at Fitchburg State University.
