Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
This one-day Swiss tournament welcomes players across a wide range of strengths—with separate sections for under-1600, under-1000, and open play—making it accessible whether you're a newer player or experienced competitor. The G/45+5 time control offers a nice balance between thoughtful chess and a manageable pace, and at $45–$50 to enter, it's an affordable way to get competitive weekend play.
