Is This Tournament a Good Fit?

This single-day Swiss tournament welcomes players across three rating-based sections—from newcomers under 1500 to advanced players competing for the championship—with a classical time control that gives you room to think through your moves. The $45 entry fee is quite reasonable, and if you're already a strong expert (2200+), you'll play for free. With just three rounds, it's a perfect fit if you want a serious competitive experience without a major time commitment.
