Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
Perfect for young players in the DC area looking for a fast-paced tournament experience, this four-round event uses a G/25 time control that keeps things moving while still allowing some tactical play. At just $34–$50 to enter, it's an affordable way for K-12 students to get tournament experience and see how they stack up against peers in their region. The single-day format means you can compete without a major time commitment.
