Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
This three-day Swiss championship offers flexibility with both full and two-day schedules, making it accessible whether you want a weekend commitment or a shorter visit. Players rated under 1400 can compete for dedicated prize money ($150), while all competitors have a shot at the $500 guaranteed first-place prize in a classical G/90+30 format. GMs and IMs play free, and the $80 entry fee (or $180 depending on section) is reasonable for a club championship with tangible cash payouts and the honor of the perpetual plaque.
