Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
This free, leisurely-paced event is perfect if you want serious classical chess (90 minutes per side plus 30-second increment) without the financial barrier to entry. With a 4-round Swiss format spread over three weeks, you can commit to Monday nights at your own pace, whether you're a beginner under 1200, an intermediate player, or a stronger competitor looking to play up. All skill levels have a dedicated section, so you'll face appropriate opposition.
